WHAT WE DO
Our Precision Mechanical Workshop, established in 1946 by Giuseppe Bonanomi, is integrated in a solid way in the development of the Italian engineering industry by supplying machined cast iron castings included in our product range: from the Clamping Plates to the Squares and Cubes, passing through the Dressing Plates, the Control Rules and all the other items you can find directly in our express catalogue.
The Clamping Plates remains Bonanomi's flagship product thanks to the numerous customisations according to load capacity, T-slots and application.
Thanks to the finishing process called "American Planing" and to the different peculiarities related to this chip removal process, we give an added value to all our precision mechanical industry products: the surface has fewer support points than milling, limiting the suction cup effect caused by two smooth surfaces in contact.
The tool used for finishing ripples the surface cast iron flakes, increasing hardness and limiting wear caused by sliding.
Mechanical Processing Service for Third Parties
Our fleet of machine tools enables us to provide precision machining for third parties for milling, drilling, boring and grinding operations. We also have a department dedicated to precision engraving using mechanical pantographs on both diameters and lines.
